Full day at Elephant Beach. Intro or certified scuba dives in 60+ feet of visibility, spot turtles, rays, and coral gardens. Can't dive? Glass-bottom boat or snorkel option. Lunch on the beach. Afternoon: rest or explore the island. Evening: beach bonfire & seafood feast.
Pre-dawn wake-up for Kalapathar Beach sunrise, black volcanic rock against white sand and golden sky. Swim in empty waters. Breakfast picnic on the beach. Afternoon: if weather permits, chartered boat to Barren Island (India's only active volcano, 30โ40% chance). Stunning crater views from the boat if we can't land. Backup: relax at Havelock or snorkel Kalipur.
Government ferry to Neil Island (Shaheed Dweep), smaller, quieter, more "local" vibes. Pick up bicycles, explore village roads and hidden beaches. Laxmanpur Beach for sunset (left-side cliffs drop straight into turquoise water). Dinner at a beachfront shack, try the local catch.
Full day on Neil Island beaches. Bharatpur Beach for snorkeling on a living coral shelf, colorful fish, sea stars, anemones. Howrah Bridge (natural rock formation), wave-carved archway, Instagram-famous, swim through at high tide. Fresh seafood dinner at sunset. Evening: bonfire or rest.
Last morning ferry back to Port Blair (7 AM). Sunrise at Chidiya Tapu (Bird Island), perfect for photography. Breakfast in Port Blair. Visit the Anthropological Museum (stories of Jarawa, Onge, Sentinelese people). Last-minute shopping at Port Blair bazaar. Evening flight home or 1-night extension in Port Blair.
