Not mandatory, but highly recommended. International travel insurance (medical, trip cancellation, baggage) protects you. Costs ₹1,500–3,000 for 4 days. Easily purchased online before departure.
What's the Visa situation for Indian passport holders?

Most Indian passport holders can obtain a 30-day eVisa online or on arrival. Process takes 24–48hrs. Fee is around QAR 100–120 (₹2,500–3,000). We'll guide you through it. No prior visa required if you qualify for the arrival exemption.
Which grandstand are we in? Can we move seats?

North Grandstand is confirmed,best views on circuit (Turns 1, 2, 3, pit entry). Seats are reserved. You cannot upgrade, but honestly, this is the optimal section. We negotiated for this premium location specifically.

If Plans Change, We've Got You We totally get it, life happens, and sometimes your plans have to take a rain check. That's why we've kept our cancellation policy simple, transparent, and as kind as possible.

• 45+ days before the trip: 10% cancellation charge
• 30–44 days before the trip: 25% cancellation charge
• 15–29 days before the trip: 50% cancellation charge
• Within 14 days of the trip: 100% cancellation charge

These are calculated on the total trip amount, not just the token amount.

Now, if you can find someone to take your spot, we'll happily refund your full amount. No questions asked. Because at the end of the day, we'd rather have someone travel than hold back your money.

To keep your spot confirmed, please clear the remaining balance by the due date, it helps us lock in stays, permits, and experiences for the group. If payments are delayed beyond that, we'll have to treat it as a cancellation (same policy applies).
Is alcohol served at the hotels/venues?

Yes. Qatar is more liberal than some Gulf states,alcohol is available at hotels and premium venues (Metallica concert will have bars). However, public intoxication is frowned upon. Respect local culture. The hotels we book are international-standard and serve alcohol freely.
Will there be guides with us the whole time?

Yes. OJ assigns a lead guide for the full 3 nights. They handle logistics, safety, and cultural context. You'll also have a WhatsApp group with all 8 travelers,so team communication is real-time. Guides are available 24/7 for emergencies.
Can I extend my stay in Doha?

Absolutely. Book extra nights at the same hotel (we reserve 4 nights; you can add more). We can help arrange extended city tours, spa, private beach clubs, shopping trips. Let us know upfront,hotels offer discounted rates for extensions.
