"I have done three trips with One in the Orange Jacket, Pamir, and two others. Every single one has been exceptional. Vyshakh and the team have a rare gift: they build genuine connection within the group from day one. You land as strangers and leave as family. The curation is thoughtful, the logistics seamless, and the energy always electric."

"I'm an adventure guide from Cape Town, South Africa, travelling solo for the first time. I know adventure, having taken in excess of 5000 guests personally on mountain hikes and adventure tours. This one was the best! To put it simply, it's the connection and immersion I experienced. The hospitality, connection, empathy and love I felt from this group of strangers made this trip one which I will cherish for the rest of my life."

"New Zealand with OJ was the most surreal trip of my life. Skydiving over Lake Taupo, glowworm caves, the group bond, Vyshakh's energy holds it all together. You don't just travel, you transform. Already looking at the next one."

What should you bring?
+
Clothing: Light, breathable tops & t-shirts (5–6), comfortable shorts/skirts (3–4), light jeans or breathable pants (2), a stylish outfit for nights out (1–2), swimwear (2–3) for beach days & hot springs, light sweater or jacket for breezy evenings, a rainproof windbreaker (just in case).

Shoes & Accessories: Comfortable walking shoes (you'll explore a lot!), flip-flops or sandals for the beach, a pair of dressy shoes (optional for nightlife), lightweight scarf or shawl (for sun protection & churches).

Skincare & Sun Protection: Sunglasses with UV protection, high SPF sunscreen (Greek sun is strong!), lip balm with SPF, moisturizer, after-sun lotion.

Other Essentials: Day backpack, reusable water bottle, travel-size toiletries, power bank, universal travel adapter (Greek plugs are Type C & F), small first-aid kit (motion sickness meds for ferry rides), travel documents (passport, visa if required).

Photo recommendations: Try to carry bright colors, yellows, reds, greens. These look pretty good in photos. A good shawl or colorful scarf is great for pictures.
I am coming solo. Is that a problem?
+
  • Most people come alone for my trips
  • About 25% of the people bring a friend or partner.Honestly It really doesn't matter
  • I have seen on all the batches I have lead
  • Most people really gel with everyone, even the ones who thought wouldn't gel up, surprise themselves always with the way they got comfortable with everyone
What are trips like with OJ?
+
Usually, most batch sizes are between 12-20 people who are aged between 16-38. Most people come alone or with a friend. The trip would feel like you are travelling more with college friends than strangers. We tend to do more outdoorsy things than regular trips. For example: If we find a very pretty waterfall / a beautiful sunset / Rainbow on the way. We would stop the vehicle right away to catch the beauty of it. We usually sleep very late on these trips as we play a lot of group games and most people feel they will miss the precious time with the group members and decide to stay awake.
How much cash should we carry?
+
You can carry 200 USD to 300 USD for your personal expenses.
Do I need a visa for Greece?
+
Indian passport holders need a Schengen visa to visit Greece. Visa is not included in the trip cost, please refer to the Flight & Visa Notion guide linked above for the latest requirements, timelines, and application process tips from our team.
Is the volcano hike in Santorini difficult?
+
The hike on Nea Kameni (the active volcano) is moderate, mostly a steady uphill walk on volcanic rock for about 30–40 minutes. No technical skills required. Sturdy footwear is recommended. The reward: standing inside the crater of an active volcano with panoramic caldera views. Worth every step!
