ABC TREK HIGHLIGHTS
Total trek distance: 72.5 km
Maximum Altitude : 13,550 ft (4,130 m)
Trek Gradient: Moderate-Difficult
Arrive in kathmandu by 5pm. You can either take a next day morning flight from kathmandu to pokhara or an overnight bus from kathmandu today. We recommend taking the flight next day afternoon , this way you can spend an evening in Thamel market , go to some the famous purple haze rock club for Saturday night.
We can help you book the bus or the flight to Pokhara.
Arrive today at Pokhara by today afternoon.
We will start the trek with a bang tomorrow. People who came early in the morning can have a paragliding session and we will take a canoe in the afternoon to see the Shanti stupa. People reaching late today can do all these things after the trek as well, just keep an extra day in Pokhara.
The 1-hour trek to Shanti Stupa will also act as a good warm-up session for all of us.

The most beautiful high altitude lakes in Nepal lie in the Annapurna region.

Duration of trek today : 2-3 hours drive to lower Ghandruk & 3 hours trek to Komrong (5 km).
Today we start our trek to the base of one of the deadliest mountains in the world : Annapurna Massif
Expect today to be a little difficult when you start as it's the first day. Today's hike is quite short and by afternoon you will be at the Tea house for Lunch.
You will see a lot of people even walking up the same route we will be taking the private cab through. This is because many of them got down at the bus station 4 away from the point where we will be getting down.
Can you find Akshay kumar from " Tu Cheez Bad he mast mast" ?
Starting Altitude: 7,380 ft (2,249 m)
Resting Altitude: 7,120 ft (2,170m).
Duration of trek today : 6 hours, 7.5 km approx.
As we move through valleys, today you will start seeing the 7000M mountain ranges peeking out at few turns.
Trek Route: Starts with a short gradual descent for about an hour till you reach an old bridge. This village would be one of the prettiest you must have seen. But but, No pain No gain right ! remember.
The main ascent starts for the day from here and you will be ascending for the next 2-2.5 hours depending on the pace.
DID YOU KNOW?
Annapurna Base Camp is inside the Annapurna conservation area (7,629 sq. km).
Starting Altitude: 7,120 ft (2,170 m)
Resting Altitude: 8,460 ft (2,579 m)
Duration of the trek today: 6-7 hours, 11 km approx
Oh, the view you wake up to today. You will see the Glimpse of Annapurna South, Machapuchare, Hinchuli and Gangapurna as you wake up to brush.
Trek Route: Your trek starts today with a checkpoint where your ACAP ( Annapurna Conservation Area permit ) and TIMS ( trekkers information management system ) permits would be checked. TIMS is regularly neglected by many trekkers who are trekking alone, but we highly recommend you to get it beforehand.
We call the route today: the stairway to heaven. You will see a lot of cute cafes and Baristas enroute today. We usually stop at one of them when we are returning. Yes, we are taking the same way back.
Once you cross the bridge at the bottom of the stairs, you will again start descending for the next 1.5 hours. Another 1 hour from the top will take you closer to the Machapuchare View point.
Today we stop at Dovan
Starting Altitude: 8,460 ft (2,579m)
Resting Altitude: 12,135 ft (3,699m)
Duration of the trek today: 6-7 hours, 10 km approx
Today you will experience negative temperatures and even snowfall. Time to chill guyyssss :D. You will pass Upper Dowan, Himalaya and some of the cutest villages.
If you have Ncell, you will get a network also today for some time. Do ask us, we will tell you where to get the signal. Our trip leader will have Ncell , Namaste and Basic internet access most of the days so that you can be in touch with your family.
DID YOU KNOW?
One of the treks that gives you the chance to take a dip in a hot water spring at the end of the trail.
Starting Altitude:12,135 ft (3,704 m)
Resting Altitude: 13,550 ft (4,130 m)
Duration of the trek today: 2 hours, 3.5 km approx
OMG. Today we are finally reaching Annapurna base camp. Imagine walking amongst the 7000ers and 8000ers.
We have been organising this trek since 2018 & even after 9 batches, we still cannot fathom the beauty that today beholds.
Some of my favourite photographs from our trips :
Some chai with the view ? Asked one of our porters
In memory of Kazakh Climbers
Starting Altitude:13,550 ft (4,130 m)
Resting Altitude: 7,675 ft (2,339 m)
Duration of the trek today:8-9 hours, 15.5 km approx.
After spending about 20 odd hours in the base camp, we start our descent back on the same path. Today is a long day, so do wear your Knee braces if you have got one.
If you have trekking poles, I recommend using 2 of them. It will drastically decrease the impact such long treks have on your Knees.
Starting Altitude: 7,675 ft (2,339 m)
Resting Altitude: 5,770 ft (1,759 m)
Duration of the trek today: 6 hours, 10 km approx
Today, we will take a dip in the natural Hot springs after a long 5 days of trekking. We will try to reach by afternoon so that we get to spend at least 2 hours in the hot springs.
The day has come. Today we party Hard. Pokhara has a lot of shops and you might find something interesting here to take home.
You can either take an overnight bus today to Kathmandu or take an early morning domestic flight on next day.
Most flights back to India is in the afternoon, so you can safely take a morning flight.
If you are planning to fly out of Pokhara, then book a morning flight from Pokhara to Ktm today and then an evening flight from Kathmandu to home.
Other option is an overnight bus to KTM from Pokhara( on 27th ) and fly out next day . ( 28th ).
The bungee cord is hung from the middle of a suspension bridge and it dives right into the valley.
It takes about 3 hours one side and we will be back by 6 pm only. After a good dinner in Pokhara, tonight you can take an overnight bus today to Kathmandu.
Note: Flights in Nepal can delay a lot and quite frequently. If there is Fog, the flight may not take off only.
I like action packed suspense thriller movie rather than a boring drama, same is the case with my travel choice. I am a traveller who would like to explore and experience things and places, an action packed one rather than a boring tour. My experience with Vyshakh' one in the orange jacket team is amazing, really an action packed thriller and would love to do more exploration with him.

Most people come alone for my trips. About 25% of the people bring a friend or partner.Honestly It really doesn't matter. I have seen on all the batches I have lead. Most people really gel with everyone, even the ones who thought wouldn't gel up, surprise themselves always with the way they got comfortable with everyone.
Each trek/ trip is rated according to the number of days we spend outdoors . If you aren't sure where to start, go with an easy trip or trek.
For trips,
I dreamed of trips where we could go out hike , get exhausted , come back to hotel and have a great evening. This is exactly why some of my trips have Day hikes in it. It is a perfect chance for people who have never hiked in their entire life. Don't worry, We are there :).
For treks,
you can start with Sandhakphu or Chandrashila . You can also benchmark yourself for the treks.
If you have never done a high altitude trek, then start with a easy or Easy- moderate trek. That way you will understand how your body reacts to high altitude and you can check you cardio strength too.
Usually, most batch sizes are between 12-20 people who are aged between 16-38. Most people come alone or with a friend. The trip would feel like you are travelling more with college friends than strangers. We tend to do more outdoorsy things than regular trips .
For example : If we find a very pretty waterfall/ a beautiful sunset / Rainbow on the way. We would stop the vehicle right away to catch the beauty of it.
We usually sleep very late on these trips as we play a lot of group games and most people feel they will miss the precious time with the group members and decides to stay awake.
